Inspiration at Visma Lease-a-Bike

The way Visma Lease-a-Bike managed to win the three major cycling tours in one year is truly impressive. How they maintain their strong presence at the top of the cycling world after all those victories is perhaps even more so. Their success story is an inspiration for Syntegro, as confirmed by our project manager Kevin Palinckx.

Flexibility is key! Not just in our software solutions, but also in how we work as a team, for our clients. This is emphasized by project manager Jo Vandeperre.

At Syntegro, we believe that a strong culture is a solid foundation for job satisfaction and growth. The numbers prove it. With a 98% participation rate in our monthly satisfaction survey, we achieve an eNPS of 70%.

This means seven out of ten employees rate us 9/10 or 10/10.

This high level of engagement among colleagues has certainly contributed to Syntegro's strong growth over the past six years. We increased our revenue tenfold, and the number of employees rose from 10 to 50.

Of course, there are areas for improvement. As a fast-growing company, it remains a challenge to balance workloads across different teams. For this reason, we are continually expanding our team.
