Step by step to maximum automation

The implementation of a new system undoubtedly raises many questions in your organisation. Syntegro follows a clear path. Our team of specialists makes sure the implementation runs as smoothly as possible for your employees and HR department every step of the way.

Step 1: Our project manager as your single point of contact (SPOC)

After we shake hands, you will be assigned a dedicated Syntegro software consultant. This project manager will be your point of contact throughout the implementation process and will ensure a smooth, seamless implementation.

__________

Step 2: Kick-off with the project team

Our project manager will discuss the overall project in a kick-off meeting. A project team will be put together to include our specialists and your project staff.

We will start planning, explain the work phases and assign responsibilities in terms of the links with other systems, data uploads, the desired reports and so on.

__________

Step 3: Continued interaction until we get it right

Our goal is to automate business processes to the maximum extent possible so that we can implement a management by exception approach. The relevant employees will only need to spend time on exceptions to the agreed rules. This ensures the entire Syntegro system is easy to use on a daily basis.

Our analysis is therefore an iterative process. We collect the necessary input that is required for the software's initial configuration. Some of the client's key HR users can already familiarise themselves with the application and will evaluate it. The project manager will complete the analysis based on their feedback. We know from experience that this method results in the most complete analysis, so that our programming includes all the client's requirements.

__________

Step 4: Final configuration and refinement

The system can now be finally configured based on the specifications from the design phase. Our implementation team will develop and install links with other systems and your external partners. We will also create the reports your organisation wants.

__________

Step 5: Implementation, training and testing

Now the test team can get started. Our project manager will collect feedback on anything that deviates from the norm and will systematically correct this.

We will provide your internal key users with training that enables them to maintain the system and answer first-line questions from end users. The department heads receive a functional training course that teaches them to help their team members with requests and approvals. You will basically provide training to all your employees based on a practical manual.

__________

Step 6: Syntegro goes live in your organisation

The final piece of the journey has arrived: the system can go live in your organisation. Our project manager will ‘babysit’ the system for a few more weeks to keep an eye on things. This is not strictly necessary as everything has been extensively tested already, but it does make your HR staff feel safe.

Later on you can contact our support department with any standard questions. And if you are planning to make significant program changes in the future, your dedicated project manager will meet with you again to plan everything step by step.
