SECURE EMPLOYEE ADMINISTRATION IN THE CLOUD

_______________

Workforce and access management solutions are business critical, as a customer you expect your software and hardware to be always available, reliable and secure.

You can install the Syntegro software on your own virtual server or choose, like the vast majority of our customers, the Syntegro cloud solution.

Syntegro Cloud

Why choose Syntegro in the cloud?

Secure & always available

The Syntegro Software as a Service solution is hosted in Tier 4 data centres in Belgium, which are at the cutting edge of availability and security. Full back-ups are made at least daily.

Both the customised configuration and the data of each customer are completely separated from those of the other customers. Indeed, each customer has its own software "container" and database.

Syntegro is ISO 27001 certified, we are extremely careful with the data of our customers.

Lower start-up costs

The customised implementation is done at an agreed fixed price. No investment is required to use the software. You pay a periodic amount for as long as you use the software. This amount depends on the modules you use and the number of users, a so-called "Pay As You Use" model.

Scalable and future-proof

New software releases and upgrades with extra modules and/or functionality are included in the SaaS agreement. Your solution can easily be adapted to changing labour legislation or company-specific changes in the area of workforce management.

The software is modular; for example, you can start with time registration and then expand with other modules such as project registration. There are no capacity restrictions; the software is infinitely scalable. Our largest customer has 250,000 employees with a Syntegro license.

Accessible

Our web-based solution in the Cloud is accessible anytime, anywhere. From anywhere and no matter which device with internet access you have at hand. Since software releases are included, you will never have to deal with problems resulting from new technologies, such as a new operating system or a new version of an internet browser.
